I haven't tried this in class yet but watned to share it before I forgot!
I'm going to call it a noodle stomp.
What you do is take one noodle and place it in the arch of one foot. Then "stomp" that foot down while raising the opposite leg out to the side (adduct). It's basically a 1/2 pendulum. The foot with the noodle under it does not swing out like a traditional pendulum but rather it just lifts and lowers as in a knee lift.
