Val's Saturday Step

This is a Step pattern from (pattern 15904)

Horizontal step, right lead:

Combo 1

Repeat left lead

Combo 2

Repeat left lead

Combo 3

Repeat left lead

* Stomp-L: stomp right on left side (1), stomp left off tip on floor (2), stomp right on bench (3), stomp left on floor behind bench (4) stomp right on floor behnid bench (5), repeat on right side for a total of 10 counts. Finish with a single stomp to each corner for a 16 count combo.

** Bruce Lee: front kick, walk back 3, side kick, walk up 2 (a lot like the karate knee)

*** Split knee repeater: step right (1) knee lift left (2) step down left (3) lunge over step right (4) step up right (5), knee lift left (6) down down off tip (8)
