* Broadway knee - (1-2) step forwards right and lift left knee, (3-5) 3 walks backwards (6) kick right leg, (7-8) 2 walks forwards

** 3 step squat - (1) step right foot to side and squat lifting left foot slightly, (2) step left foot in place, (3) step right foot next to left, (4) pause (option: on counts 3 &4 take 2 jumps with feet together)
