This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from

(pattern 15906)
Combo 1
- (1-8) Hamstring curl x 4 travelling forwards
- (9-16) Chasse x2
- (17-24) V-step x2 turning 1/4 turn each time (so you are facing the back)
- (25-28) Walk or jog to back of room
- (29-32) V cha cha cha turning to face front
Repeat other side
Combo 2
- (1-8) Long grapevine into double side lunge (or 2 jacks)
- (9-16) Repeat last line
- (17-24) Double knee crossover x2
- (25-32) Single, single, double lunge backwards (option: single, single, double scissor x2)
Repeat other side
Combo 3
- (1-8) Broadway knee*
- (9-16) 3 Step squat**
- (17-24) 3 Walks to side and 3 repeater kick
- (25-32) Step touch or pony L shape
* Broadway knee - (1-2) step forwards right and lift left knee, (3-5) 3 walks backwards (6) kick right leg, (7-8) 2 walks forwards
** 3 step squat - (1) step right foot to side and squat lifting left foot slightly, (2) step left foot in place, (3) step right foot next to left, (4) pause (option: on counts 3 &4 take 2 jumps with feet together)
