Horizontal bench, start at the short end of the bench, facing forward:
- Over the top (the long way) (4)
- Walk/jog forward with a knee lift (4)
- Walk/job backwards with a knee lift (4)
- Over the top (return to starting position) (4)
- Walk/jog around the bench (8)
- Squat right, right front kick - 4 times! (16)
- Charleston on right side of bench - 4 times! (16)
- L-step off right, stay on the end. (8)
Now you're ready to repeat from the top on the other side.
