Kauai Low Impact February Fun
This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15730)
Some of this was borrowed and modified from here, has been lots of fun, weaves together well and reverses well.
- Grapevine right, shuffle, left, turn and walk to right wall, turns towards front and walk back towards the left wall
- Face front and do a right mambo and a right 360 degree pivot (or 2 right mambos is fine)
- 1/2 Squat right & left x 2 (or do 4 quick) do left lead
- Double ham curl right & left, 4 knee repeater right, repeat with left lead
- Double knee lift right lead (left knee comes up), into a left V-step travel forward
- Do the same with the left lead (this was my favorite move of this routine)
- Step touch 1, 1, 2 (right, left, right,right) moving back
- Lunge back left leg 4 x
- Repeat with left lead
- *Chasse right, mambo L
- Chasse left, mambo right
- Side lunge, right, left, right,right and left, right,left,left
- Reverse and do left lead
- "L" step right (4 step touches facing right wall and back to front)
- Angled grapevine, front right corner and back left corner
- 4 Paddle turns right lead
- 1 "X" step right lead
Repeat left
Hope someone can use even just a part of this - please share more floor choreography, seems to be a shortage of it on the site.
