Mutiple Muscle Combo

BoxAerobics pattern from

This is a great combo to add this week to your routine. I find it easy to understand, but works multiple muscles to keep challenging our bodies. Enjoy!
Right foot forward, left back - horse stance
- Jabs (right,left,right,left) (4)
- Left knee to the front (2x) - pull down arms
- Repeat (4x)
- Squat (4) (step left foot back to squat)
- Right knee, right side kick (towards the front)
- Repeat (4x)
Put it all together
- Jabs (right,left,right,left) (4)
- Left knee (2x)
- Squat (4)
- Right knee, right side kick
