Get Those Arms Ready For Summer
This is a

Time to whip those arms into shape!
Combo 1:
Right lead
- 8x Single count side jab at shoulder level
- 16x Double time side jab at shoulder level
- 8x Single count side jab up
- 16x Double time side jab up
Repeat, then break it down to 2 sets of 4x/8x, then 2x/4x
Switch it to the left and repeat the series.
Combo 2:
Right arm leads, facing front of the room with feet wide, knees bent
- 7x Fast jabs to the front. On the eighth count, pivot to the left corner.
- 4x Right knee strikes
Repeat 6-8 times, transition to other side with heel digs and speedbag arms
