Power box
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15741)
My class groans with pleasure at this one!
Begin in a bent knee wide stance both feet planted firmly facing the mirror then;
- Power knockout punch right 8 counts (12345678)
- Power knockout punch left 8 counts (12345678)
- Cut it down to 4 right (1234)
- Then 4 left (5678)
- Cut it down to 2 right (1,2)
- Then 2 left (3,4)
- Cut it down to alternating singles right/left/right/left 4 counts (5678)
Now comes the power part:
- Plyo jump squat turning to the right (1,2)
- Plyo jump squat turning back to the center (3,4)
- Plyo jump squat turning to the left (5,6)
- Plyo jump squat turning to the center (7,8)
Do this 4x then go back to the punches
On the fourth set I take out the center and just do 180 degree plyo jumps from the right to the left
Woo hoo!!!!
