Kiran Sawhney's bosu drills

I refer to the ideas on this web site very often. Following is an amazing workout I developed with Bosu. My class loved it and I thought of sharing this with you all. It is an interval training which is done by the watch.

After warming up and stretching, start the following regime.

Do some good cool down and stretch. You can add some push ups as more strength training drill on inverted bosu. In the end you can sit crossed legged on inverted bosu and let you class participants, relax, stretch and have some fun.
