Kickboxing with Style!

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 15770)

This one is fun and you can really draw it out and slowly break it down.

Start in right fight stance*

** Run them through with the last part of this combination facing front and then when you double hop with your clap add one quarter turn forward to do a 360 turn returning to start position.

After making them think for a few minutes I will hold them in a fast jab with legs in a fast jog to rest their brain and excelerate their heart rate.

Repeat on the left in that fight stance.

I hope it makes sense. I generally need to see something in order to figure it out so I hope this is one someone can use. It really is fun, it flows well.

*Right fight stance: your right foot is facing front, left foot angled toward the corner, space between your legs, stomach strong and knees soft. As always, guard is up!
