Happy Hubby Glutes

This is my first post but I have enjoyed all of the submissions. I hope you like this one it really works the glutes.
- Sit on the ball and walk your feet out so that your shoulders and head are on the ball
- Keep your hips up
- At tempo - lower hips and squeeze glute back up (I tell my class to only drop 1 inch or so) - 8x
- At tempo - lower hips/squeeze right hip up/lower/squeeze left up - 8x
- Double time squeezing up right and left - 16x
- Double time squeezing up center - 16x
- Repeat (I usually do 3 sets)
You can sit hand weight or a bar on your hip to add weight
I will say:
Down-up-down-up
Down-right-down-left
Double time - right-left-right-left
center-up-up-up.....
