Work Those Sides
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from

This is my first time writing in so let me know how you like the pattern. Hopefully it makes sense!! :)
Right side leads
- Jab high low (right arm) 16x
- Jab punch (right left) 16x
- Jab high low 8x
- Jab punch (right left) 8x
- Jab high low 4x
- Jab punch (right left) 4 x
- Repeat the jab high low, jab punch until they get comfortable
On that last punch with you left side hold. Hips, knees, feets should be facing toward the front of the room. Left front kick 1,2 and right back kick 3,4 hold until they get the feel of it (I do about 32 counts)
After the last back kick on your right leg you will be on your left side.
- Jab high low (left arm) 16x
- Jab punch (left right) 16x
- Jab high low 8x
- Jab punch (left right) 8x
- Jab high low 4x
- Jab punch (left right) 4 x
- Repeat the jab high low, jab punch until they get comfortable
On the last punch with your right side hold right front kick 1,2 and left back kick 3,4 keep going until the get the feel of it (about 32 counts)
After the last back kick on your left leg, you will be on your right side.
The pattern breaks down like this
- Jab right high low 1-2-3-4
- Jab punch right left 5-6-7-8
- Front kick left 1-2 back kick right 3-4 front kick 5-6 back kick 7-8
Come up and you are on your left side
- Jab left high low 1-2-3-4
- Jab punch left right 5-6-7-8
- Front kick right 1-2 back kick 3-4 front kick 5-6 back kick 7-8
Come up and you are on the right side. Just keep alternating sides.
