Work Those Sides

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 15783)

This is my first time writing in so let me know how you like the pattern. Hopefully it makes sense!! :)

Right side leads

On that last punch with you left side hold. Hips, knees, feets should be facing toward the front of the room. Left front kick 1,2 and right back kick 3,4 hold until they get the feel of it (I do about 32 counts)

After the last back kick on your right leg you will be on your left side.

On the last punch with your right side hold right front kick 1,2 and left back kick 3,4 keep going until the get the feel of it (about 32 counts)

After the last back kick on your left leg, you will be on your right side.

The pattern breaks down like this

Come up and you are on your left side

Come up and you are on the right side. Just keep alternating sides.
