Sweat It Out

BoxAerobics pattern from

This is my first pattern. I hope you enjoy. It is medium intensity but a really good workout...
Starting to the right:
- Boxer shuffle (4) jump rope (4) jacks (4)
- Bring it back to the left repeating
- Squat with alternating front kicks (4)
- 2 Alternating jabs up/center/down 2 claps repeat for 4
- 8 Double hooks
- 4 Front kicks (4)
- 4 Alternating side kicks or you can do 4 to the right and 4 to the left
- 4 Jacks with high rear block
- 2 Moving side knee raises with jab to the right and back to the left X3
Repeat starting to the left
