Fun, Easy, & Sweaty Step
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15787)
This is my first time on here. I am a relatively new instructor. I hope you guys can use some of this. This is Tapless. I Like to do this routine at about 135 bpm since the choreography is relatively easy. This way the participants get a much better workout.
First Pattern
- Basic right (4)
- Turn 360 right (4).. this is a turnstep where you do a quick turn around on the floor to end facing the front to keep it tapless.
- Revolving door right (8)
- Single stomp each corner (6)
- Double knee left (6)
- Basic left (4)
Second Pattern
- Tic toc L-step left side of bench (8)..knee up squat then tic toc
- Shuffle turnstep left & right (8)
- Diagonal revolving door (8)..a revolving door done as a diagonal over
- 1 Quick run basic (4)..you run 4 quick steps up up down down
- 1 Basic left (4)
Third Pattern
- Knees corner to corner (8)
- Basic lunge (8)
- 3 Knee repeater (8)
- Mambo left foot (4)
- Pivot turn left foot (4)
Fourth Pattern
- Single ham curls around the world (16)
- Turn straddle turn straddle (8)
- Knee/side leg/ham repeater (8)
Fifth (Last) Pattern (This One Is Really Easy So Make Em Work It)
- Single knee (4)
- Double knee (6)
- Repeater knee (8)
- 4 Knee repeater (10)
- Single knee (4)
When I teach this routine I try to break it down. I find it best to have the participants hold a corner knee or ham while you show the moves so that they aren't stuck on the same leg all the time.
Have fun
