This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15851)
- V-step, arms follow legs (high arms) (8)
- Jumping jacks, low arms (8)
- Repeat both sets 3 times
- Followed by
- Side lunges (8)
- Criss-cross (8) (same arms as jumping jacks but legs cross instead of jumping together - as in the chacha slide)
- Repeat both sets 3 times
- Followed by
- Back lunges (8)
- Spotty dogs (8) (like jumping jacks but in the other direction, so arms and legs go forward and back instead of out to the sides)
- Repeat both sets 3 times
I get everyone to count with me to make sure they keep breathing! Gets the heart rate right up but is simple enough for beginners.
