It's 4:30 p.m. and I just finished coming up with 3 blocks for tonights class (starts at 5:30). I always layer my 32 count blocks - I teach the first, then the second and put them together. I then teach the third (& sometimes a fourth), and put blocks one, two, and three together. I find this makes for a much more interesting class with people saying that they can't believe how fast it goes because their brains and bodies are engaged. Does anyone else teach this way? Would you be willing to email me? I would love to be able to share choreography that works.

*Knife is like a cross, but you get lower, hand in a fist like your holding a knife, parallel to the ground. You arc your hand out and in, like your stabbing somebody in front of you in the side...sorry a little gruesome
