Diagonal Crabwalk Back
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 15867)
This is a 32-count tapless block. It's easy to learn and fun to do and my classes have enjoyed it.
Starting with right lead:
- 2 Turnsteps (8) (keep the knees up to make it tapless)
- Hopscotch (4) (foot closes to the bench goes on bench and then hops while the other foot goes behind to the other side of bench)
- Diagonal (3) (going in a diagonal or corner to corner - left foot on bench; right foot on bench; left foot on floor)
- Crabwalk Back (9) (5 knees up: right knee up over bench (1) then right foot on the bench (2) bringing left knee up (3) then left knee down on floor again (4) do this knee sequence again (5-8) as you move backwards on bench ending with right knee up over bench (9) and ready to step into the basic)
- Basic (4)
- Knee up (4)
I hope I explained this so that it is understandable...if not, please email me.
May your dreams be big, your determination be strong, and your blessings be abundant!
