Step Curl 3 and Exit

Step pattern from

This is a 32 count self-reversing pattern. This is the first pattern I ever taught to a class. It is simple but can be modified for more advanced students.
- Step curl x 3 hamstrings on the bench and exit (8)
- Tap and repeat on right (8)
- Tap down step right 3 traveling knee lifts (12)
- 1 Power squat on the floor (4)
- Step kick travel x 4 (16)
- Walk around the bench and go up and over (8)
- Power up (tap up and down) x 2 (8)
- Step right knee of the end of bench (4)
- Across the bench x 2* (8)
- Step right knee off the end of bench return home (4)
- Step left double curl (4)
- Step right double curl (4)
- Step basic (4)
*Across the bench: after you come of the end of the bench from the move before this you will step up with your right foot and go across the bench. Tap down off the bench step left and come back across the bench. From here you can go into the next move to return to the front of the bench.
