Hi/Lo pattern from

This pattern is low impact with some moderate impact in areas. I use this with my seniors - sometimes more reps - but the flow allows them to follow well.
All patterns are 32 count, virtually tap free and self-reversing.

- 3 Side steps (5) double left knee (8)
- March out/out hop in 2x (16)
- Scoop forward left/right 4x (24)
- March or jog back (32)
- Grapevine "L" shape (16), 4 V-steps (32)
- Step touch (4), double knee (8) 3x, curl 4x (32)
- Curl travelling forward (8), step touch back (16) repeat
- Walk to the right (4), grapevine right (8)
- Step touch 4x (16) repeat to the left (32)
- Lunge front 1/2 time right/left (8), reverse lunge 1/2 time right/left (16), single tap side to side (32)
- Three taps right, side step on the fourth (8), ski or lunge back at tempo left/right (16) repeat with 3 lunges side step left (32)
- Low kicks travelling forward (8), side kicks (16), march or jog back (24), jack or 1/2 time jacks (32)
