Vertical. Right lead left side of step
- Double knee repeater 4 count
- Walk backwards to other side 4 count
- Side lift travel 2x 8 count
- Charleston 2x facing front of room 8 count
- Charleston 2x facing back of room 8 count
Come back to facing the front of the room left lead (do the same on the left lead)
- Up up lunge 6x to the front of the room exit
- Up up lunge 6x to the back of the room exit to the front
- Rocking horse 8 count
- Repeater knee kick knee straddle 8 count
- Repeater knee kick knee straddle 8 count
- Glute raise travel 2x 8 count (or do revolving door 2x)
This routine can be done all on the right lead, then automatically all on the left. Hope I explained these three step blocks so that you can use them. I like to build with lots of reps, then bust it down, makes you work really hard.
