Work this routine at so many levels. Add power for the more advanced. Try some interval sets in between the routine to really get the participants heart rates going. (do a set of jacks or fast toe taps etc.)

*2 means repeat twice

Mambo 234 chachacha is 3 mambos plus one half mambo on the bench with a chachacha (right/left/right) this gets you ready for the left side.
