This is a
Step pattern from

(pattern 15887)
- Right basic 2 x (8)
- Right V-step 1 x (4)
- 2 Jumping jacks
- Repeat left side
- Right lead mambo cha-cha-cha 2 x (8)
- Right reverse turn (4)
- Right lead knee travel (4)
- Repeat left side
Combine combo 1 & 2.
- Right lead step knee power straddle the step (4)
- Left lead step knee power straddle the step (4)
- Right lead L-step 3x (24)
- Repeat left side
The knee power move is similar to jumping up to shoot a basket. I call it shoot the hoop straddle down.
- Right lead side abductor 2 X (8) (facing West)
- 6 Point turn with 2 hops 3 X (24)
A 6 point turn takes out the fourth count of the turnstep instead turning into a turn going the opposite direction. i.e. turn right left right (1-2-3) then go the other direction left right left (4 -5 -6 ) with the fourth count being on the step. 7 - 8 are 2 hops on the floor
- Right lead charleston 2 X (8)
- 4 Count walk to the north side of the step or 2 chases to the north side (4)
- Right lead rock step or pivot turn on step and on floor. (4)
- Superman over the step 4 X (16)
- Right lead march 1, 2 on top of the step facing East (2)
- Right lead/alternating lunges to the south and north of the bench 6 X (14)
- Left lead hamstring curls 4 x (16)
Repeat starting on the left from the side abductor to the hamstring curls.
Combine all combinations together.
