Combo 1:
- Diagonal grapevine right with 3 ham curls (8)
- Diagonal grapevine left with 3 ham curls (back to start) (8)
- 2 Double step touches right & left moving forward (8)
- 4 Jacks or heel jacks back
Repeat left
Combo 2:
- 2 Grapevines right and left (8)
- Rocking horse (8)
- Long grapevine* (8)
- Squat right then left
Repeat left
Combo 3:
- 4 Knee lifts moving forward
- 2 Double knee lifts back
- 4 Ham curls forward
- 2 Single and 1 double ham curl back
* Long grapevine: do one grapevine, only end with a cross front (similar to a double grapevine), then step out into a squat.
