Now change to:
- Mountain with flowing breath to butterfly arms
- Alternating squat hands to hips x8
- Add butterfly arms to squats
- Mountain to chair to toe tap outs on right
- Repeat from mountain with tap outs on left
- Step into wide stance and shift hips side to side (side lunge)
- Arms overhead
- Across body
- Down to toes back across body
- One arm figure 8's now add 3 pound dumbells
Mat work
- 1/2 Roll down series with rotation
- Bridge
- Pre hundred to hundreds
- Double leg
- Side scissors
- Now combine ext. scissorring legs hands come between
- Knee drops all 3 levels
- Froggies
- Single straight leg
- Single leg
All fours position
- Cat/cow
- Ext child
- Bali seal
- Combine
- Bali seal to cow to ext child. Flow this to breath 4-6 xs
- Bird dog
- Songbird to hover into mod. plank or aka kneeling side lunge
Repeat other side
Go to relaxation postures
