- Side jabs, right (8)
- Side jabs, left (8)
- Blocks, right (8)
- Blocks, left (8)
- Hi/Lo, right jabs* (8)
- Hi/Lo, left jabs* (8)
- Out, out, in, in with jabs right leg leads** (8)
- Out, out, in, in with jabs left leg leads** (8)
- Elbow strikes, right (8)
- Elbow strikes, left (8)
- Knee lifts, right (8)
- Knee lifts, left (8)
- Charleston, right*** (8)
- Charleston, left*** (8)
- Side kick, right (8)
- Side kick, left (8)
- Jumping jacks (8)
- High knee run (8)

- Back lunges, right (8)

*Hi/Lo with jabs: from a squating position, jab up, then squat and jab low. Stay on right side for 8 counts and then switch to left side.
**Step out with the right, and punch with the right. Then step out with the left and punch with the left. Jump both feet together to the center counts 3 and 4. Do this twice with the right foot leading and then switch sides.
***Charleston is a front kick/back kick combination. Front kick with the right and back kick with the left. Then switch.
