Kickin' Cardio

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 16193)

This is a great workout for kickboxing classes that is sure to make you sweat!

*Hi/Lo with jabs: from a squating position, jab up, then squat and jab low. Stay on right side for 8 counts and then switch to left side.

**Step out with the right, and punch with the right. Then step out with the left and punch with the left. Jump both feet together to the center counts 3 and 4. Do this twice with the right foot leading and then switch sides.

***Charleston is a front kick/back kick combination. Front kick with the right and back kick with the left. Then switch.
