Fun and Easy Vertical Interval
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16195)
Step is vertical. All combos 32 count. Lead right.
- Basic 2x
- Curl straddle 2x moving up the step
- Tap back alternating left/right 2x slow then fast 4x
- Up side lunge 2x exit right
- Hop up or tap
- Knee hop back to start
Repeat left (adding on each step at a time)
*Interval Weights*
Start on left side of step (right lead)
- Walk the plank
- Mambo off the step then pivot off the step (or 2 mambos)
- Glute squeeze
- Pivot hop to other side
- Power abduct 1x (facing back)
- Chug turn
Repeat left on right side of bench (adding on each step at a time)
*Interval Weights*
- A-step
- A-step straddle
- Lunge off back 2x exit of back
- Grapevine left on floor
- Diagonal
- Over the top 2x moving back
Repeat left on right side of bench (adding on each step at a time)
