Paper Combo 13
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16208)
- Jab, jab, cross, hook
- 2 Knees, 1 jump knee (same as jump kick or hitch kick but your knee is your weapon)
- Back kick (look there)
- Squat face left wall
- 180 Hop squat --- and you are ready to do the other side, after you've practiced both sides of course, meanwhile you can keep the hop squat facing the left wall.
- Roundhouse left corner & side kick right corner (right leg- do it slow, you must pivot and adjust)
- Hook, hook, cross (4 count
- Right back fist hop 2x, squat (cue: pop, pop n' duck)
- Front kick, side kick
- Squat right with right elbow to the side, squat left with left elbow
- Alternate:
- Jab, jab, jab, upper, upper, upper, hold (if ready, you can use 1lb or 2lb or 3lb weights and turn it into a drill, explain who should use what weights! If at all)
