This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16202)
- Bob n' sweep (from right to left, right hand sweeping)
- Right side kick forward + left cross
Bob n' sweep is a slow-mo bob n'weave in one direction, instead of it being 2 count move it's a 4 count move. Both hands are on guard, one hand makes a bottom half a circle as you lower down for that bob. Hand comes low, touching the floor, imagining you're sweeping someone of their feet, get nice and low... and you come up, hands back on guard. You can also add a double hop after you bobbed and sweeped :).
- 2 Front knees up (right)
- Jab, cross, hook
- Front kick (right), back kick (left)
- Side kick (right)+ pivot forward roundhouse
- Roundhouse knee + round kick (leading leg, looking forward)
- Jab, cross, duck
- Back arm hammer fist bringing it all the way down to a split squat (so you are "hammering" someone that is already on the floor)
- Front leg front kick
(optional You can add the same hammer as above except instead of stepping down into a slip squat you do a plyo split squat with the hammer. That should be a 4 count move on its own.
