This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16203)
- Jab, cross, front knee smash (pull arms down to have a smooth 4 count)
- Back kick, squat (to add more power, give plyo squat and turn it center)
- 4 Quick front jabs (you can add hops or shuffle with jabs)
- Duck, stand up and hook
- 3 Jabs, 1 cross (4 count)
- 2 Slower hooks (4 count)
- Jump kick (modify to back knee front front kick)
- Crescent right (modify to crescent knee)
- Side kick left
(depending on your music bpm, you can make crescent and side kick in four counts, if you need to slow down the crescent, keep it for 4 counts the first kick and double up the side kick and you have 8 counts
