This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16204)
- Criss cross 2x (hands on guard, jumping jack legs - but you cross your feet)
- 3 In the air roundhouse kicks (modify to 2 roundhouses with a tap or just one)
- 3 Right knees to the side (knee facing up, elbow coming down toward the knee from the side) (you can play with the knees and face first forward, second diagonal, third to the right)
- Side kick left
- Alternate 2 front kicks (right/left)
- Football run in and out (or squat in squat out)
