This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16205)
- 2 Left knees forward
- Front kick, side kick (left, right)
- Lunge face left + 2 bounce in this split squat
- Hammer slam (right hand hammer fist slamming with a hop toward your front foot, still in a split squat)
- Front kick right (still facing left)
- Front kick left (pivot and do it facing forward)
- Right power roundhouse
- 4 Leading jabs fast (4 count
- 2 Slower hooks (4 count
- 4 Jabs 2 hooks
- Jab + jab with low squat (cue: jab up down, up down) do this 2x
- Double jab, double cross (4 count)
- Double hook, quick squat (4 count)
- Face center - double jab double cross
- Criss cross 2x (hands on guard, feet out and cross each other)
- Shuffle forward with alternating jabs (4 jabs total)
- Jack + right roundhouse
- To get back from the front of the room start from the beginning, do everything the same way, except shuffle back with alternating jabs and jack + left roundhouse
- OR you can shuffle back with speed back arms and start all over on the other side
- I use something like this as a part of a warm up:
- Shuffle right + 2 jacks
- 2 Squat hop (with both jabs up down)
- Kick forward alternate (right/left)
- Double kick right, double left
