Paper Combo 11
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16206)
- Front kick (right)
- Uppercut (rear arm-left) - stress the pivot of the foot and hips, to protect the joints
- 3 Fast right jabs + left hook
- Squat thrust (facing left wall) (if your members need more challenge add a tuck jump at the end, let them know, those who don't know, that it is a advance jump, if it is too much let them just jump up as a volleyball jump)
- 2 Front kicks (4 count
- Back kick, side kick to the front (facing left wall)
- Now you add 3 jacks - 1 left wall, 1 center, and 1 plyo-jack center (plyo is optional - instead of 2 regular jack and 1 plyo, you can have 4 regular, for the ones that don't want to plyo or get tired)
- Double jab, double cross (4 count)
- Hook, upper, shuffle (4 count)
- Bob n' sweep (one slow-mo bob n' weave with hand sweeping them of their feet, refer to Paper Combo 7 or email if you need more explanation)
- You should be on left hand fighting stance
- Left back kick toward the left wall
- Right front kick right wall
- Squat low right with right elbow
- Squat low left with left elbow
- Front kick forward, same leg lunge back
- Power switch (split squat hop switches - cue: kick, lunge, power-switch (8 count)
