This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16207)
- Cross, jab, cross
- Stuck jack (imagine double-ing your jack-feet out for 2 in for two, and arms only coming half way up, almost like you are stuck, you can do a pulse with those arms in the middle)
- 2 Knees up (right)
- Side kick (right) to the right wall
- Roundhouse forward (left leg)
- Squat thrust (facing right wall) add a tuck for extra challenge
- Face center
- Hook, hook, bounce 2x (alternate hooks)
- Right crescent kick (if you have time after the kick add another 2 count bounce)
- 2 Squat jumps, first add elbow slam down as you lower and second add punch down as you lower
- Recover with shuffles or jump rope
- Front kick, side kick (both right leg)
- Now you're facing right wall
- Block (overhead) cross jab cross
- Plyo jack center, stuck jack center
- 4 Uppercuts alternating (fast) 2 power crosses alternating (slower) (8 count
