This is an Abs pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16219)

  1. Knee raises 8 reps
  2. Knee raise pulses 8 reps
  3. Reach for the heels and hold 2 times
  4. Crunch 8 reps
  5. Pulsing crunches 8 reps
  6. 2 Count crunches 4 reps
  7. 8 Pulses
  8. Bicycles 8 reps
  9. Reach and hold 2 times then put hands under the buns.

Repeat 1 more set.
