Deep Water Movin'

I use the long half of a deep competition pool, and they were groaning tonight! Part of this might seem familiar, I can't remember who I stole it from, but thanks!!
Warm up
Your choice, I use a combination of all the moves as a preview, and quickly stretch the hipflexors and hamstrings, and move them up and down the pool.
Combo 1
- Jog forward (16 count)
- Jog backwards (32 count)
- Jog forward (16 count)
- Hamstring jog (16 count)
- Jacks (A & T style) (16 count)
- Repeat, but jog back, forward, back
Combo 2
- Narrow jog (16 count)
- Wide jog (16 count)
- Wide jog sideways length of pool
- Wide jog (16 count)
- Wide twist (16 count)
- Narrow twist (16 count)
- Big knee jog (16 count)
- Kick front (16 count)
- Repeat and return to other side of pool
Combo 3
- Narrow bicycle (16 count)
- Wide bicycle (16 count)
- V-sit bicycle, breast stroke arms to other end of pool
- Cross country ski (16 count)
- Inner thigh (16 count)
- Spiderman to other end of pool*
- Repeat except change arms with v-sit bicycle, use breaststroke arms, but don't turn palm, lead with back of hand to work upper back.
Spiderman- lay on tummy, and just like spiderman, go up the wall, right arm, left leg, and vice versa.
