Love this site,what a help it is when the brain runs out of ideas. My first posting so here goes... Right lead (will self reverse at end of each block)
Combo 1
- Double scoop right-double scoop left, REPEAT ;16
- 4 Side taps ;8
- 4 Hamcurls moving forward ;8
- 6 Knee repeaters ;12
- 2 Pony ;4
- Jog..punch arms up,out to side,up,double clap ;16
Repeat on left leg,moving back with hamcurls
Combo 2
- 4 Step taps [L-shape] REPEAT ;16
- 6 Ham curls ;12
- Double ham curl [will end up on left leg] ;4
- Walk forward ;4 [turn to face right wall]
- Walk backwards ;4 [still facing right wall]
- Walk forwards ;4 [then turn back to the front]
- Walk backwards ;4....ends up a big reverse L-shape.. REPEAT
Repeat all and will end up on right foot lead at end of combo
Combo 3
- 4 Heel digs, altenate legs ;8
- 4 Back taps, alternate legs ;8
- 4 Grapevines [in a zigzag direction] ;16
- 4 V-steps [turning in a square] ;16
- 3 Grapevines [in a zigzag direction ;12
- Jog back around to the front [turning from right shoulder] ;4
Repeat all on left leg
I like to teach combo 1, than combo 2, then put both together. Then teach combo 3 and then add to 1 and 2..finish high impact with lots of enthusiasm and motivation..have fun and hope you understand the moves..Kathy from Australia..
