Fat Burner

This is a Hi/Lo pattern from www.turnstep.com. (pattern 16126)

Love this site,what a help it is when the brain runs out of ideas. My first posting so here goes... Right lead (will self reverse at end of each block)

Combo 1

Repeat on left leg,moving back with hamcurls

Combo 2

Repeat all and will end up on right foot lead at end of combo

Combo 3

Repeat all on left leg

I like to teach combo 1, than combo 2, then put both together. Then teach combo 3 and then add to 1 and 2..finish high impact with lots of enthusiasm and motivation..have fun and hope you understand the moves..Kathy from Australia..
