32 count step patterns
* Can change the repeater knee to a double ricochet where you will end in a straddle...go right into corner kick from therepeater.
* Keep the basic or bump up the intensity with run basic, split basic, jack x2, etc....
* keep basic or increase intensity by changing to long hop turns (right foot on bench (1), left foot swings behind (2), turning you to face the oppisite direction, left foot on ground (3), right foot exit (4), left foot on bench (5), right foot swings behind (6), turning you to face the oringinal direction, right foot on ground (7), left foot exit (8)...now ready for alternating glute squeeze)
