Animal Aerobics-Kid Fit

The kids really enjoy this routine! I start the music out slow about 130bpm or so, and when they have learned the routine, I speed it up, eventually up to about 140bpm.
- Walk forward 4x - swinging your trunk like an Elephant
(hands together, arms straight, swinging left and right)
- Walk back 4x - taking big steps like a Giraffe
(hands together, arms overhead, hands making a giraffe head, take big steps back)
- Walk to left 4x - heavy steps like a Bear
(hands outstretched like a bear-claw, arms big and out to side, big stomping, high-knee walks)
- Crawl to right 4x - sneaky like a Lion
(crawl on floor, hands and knees, big cirles with arms)
- Jump 4x - like a Kangaroo
(I tell the kids to hold on to their "Joey", using all of their leg strength to jump)
- Jump 4x - like a Frog
(squat position and push off of the floor to jump, right-left-forward-and back)
- Jump right and left 4x - shake your bunny tail
(hold arms in front of chest, close to body, jump and turn tail to right shake it, jump and turn tail to left and shake it. Jump right shake 3-4, jump left shake 7-8
