Nanc's 16-count combo

This is a BoxAerobics pattern from (pattern 16150)

Here's one we did the other day that really had a smooth flow to it:

Double round block-crescent kick left-hook right-front snap kick left (first 8 counts). I would repeat this about 8 or 12 times, and then you can add to it: cross strike right, side kick right, fast punches left-right-left. So the total of 16 counts goes: double round block-crescent kick left-hook right-front snap kick left-cross strike and side kick right, 3 punches left-right-left.

The double round block gives them and you time to remember to start that crescent kick with the left leg, because if they start it wrong, they're usually messed up for the whole 16 counts.

Then, obviously, just start it with a right crescent kick . . . .

This, by the way, is a 16-count combination, and we've done upper body work as well as many kicks and put all of these moves together in 4-count combinations prior to this. This 16-count combo is basically putting together several of our earlier shorter combos.
