Hi, I use this site alot and thought I should give back a little, I always take what I can and make it my own, I like simple patterns that can go hi, lo, easy to difficult with all the same base moves, good luck, email if you need more directions...
All combos assume a right lead leg
Combo 1 (32 counts)
- Walk up and repeater knee (add spin to face back wall for hi) (8 counts)
- Walk back repeater knee (spin around again to face front wall) (8 counts)
- 2 Mambo (1 regulr 1 pivot for Hi) (running mambo for Hi) (8 counts)
- 2 Lunges right/left (4 counts)
- 1 Squat right (jump squat for Hi/lo) (4 counts)
(Repeat left lead)
Combo 2 (32 counts) Can be all to front if you like
- 1 Grapevine right to 1 mambo (8 counts)
- 2 V-steps, (one front, one turning to left wall for high] (8]
- Walk up and back (to left wall for high) (8)
- 4 Ham curls to face front (advanced, turn 2 to back 2 to front wall)
(Repeat left lead)
Combo 3 (32 counts)
- 4 Knees (8 counts)
- 2 Double knee ups (up and over) (8 counts)
- 4 Step kicks (high kicks) (8 counts) Low use heel digs.
- 1 Double kick left (4 counts) Lo use double taps
- 2 Single kicks right/left (4 counts) lo use tap right/left
