Get them involved!!!

This is a Body Sculpting pattern from (pattern 16160)

This is more of a Circuit type class...

After the warm up and stretch, I had everyone get in a circle. I wrote down some cardio moves on pieces of paper (ex. jumping jacks, kicks to the front, jabs, grapevine...) and put the papers in the center of the circle so everyone could read them. I then started the class out with yelling out an exercise to do... JUMPING JACKS. We had to keep doing the jumping jacks until someone else got the courage to yell out something else... then someone else could yell out, and so on. I also asked them to say other exercises that werent listed on the papers and "lead" us in it.

After about 5 minutes of this I switch to a strength exercise. I tried to keep them in the circle. One of the exercises was to toss a medicine ball around to each other as they did squats (toss the ball on the "up" part of the squat) you can also do this with lunges, or whatever you can think of! I then switched back to the "cardio circle"

Everyone in the class was talking and laughing and having a good time.. which is what I think exercise should be!!

Anyone with anymore group or partner ideas please post!!!
