Sherry's Cardiokickboxing Combo
This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16162)
- 1) Start by shuffling low from side to side for three counts then tap
- 2) In the direction that they are heading with the shuffle stop at that end and 1/4 turn so that the arm that is on the side of the direction they were heading is facing the back wall or the back of the room.
- 3) Jab for 8 with this back arm
- 4) Then side kicks alternating legs for 8 counts (4 on each leg)
- 5) Then with that same hand uppercuts for three, or until the person is facing the front again
- 6) Cross for 8 counts
- 7) High slamming knees four forward and four in reverse alternating knees- twice (high slamming knees- pick knee up high and pull hands down on either side of it- like you were going to grab something from up high and break it over your knee)
- 8) Speed bag work- Put hands high up overhead and roll them as quickly as you can go- one direction for 20 seconds and the opposite direction for 20 seconds
Switch up sides stopping on with shuffles to complete all 8 moves.
