Depending on the strength energy of the class, I use this flow with my sun salutations or as a stand alone flow.

I use modifications the first time or two, knees down in planks and lunge, cobra instead of UpDog, then gradually increase the intensity.
I often discard the lunges and use the rest for a connecting vinyasa between other flows or poses.
