This is a
Hi/Lo pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16054)
- Step touch right, left double knee repeater (8)
- Step touch left, right double knee repeater (8)
- (do these moving up the floor)
- Step right touch back left, step left touch back right (8)
- Repeat the same as above (8)
- (do these moving back)
- Grapevine up 4 times (16)
- Hop back twice, leap with your right leg twice (8)
- Hop back twice, leap with your left leg twice (8)
Second part
- 2 Power squats turning to the right (8)
- Single single double jog 2x (8)
- Kick alternating right,left,right,left (8) (while doing this turn to the front)
- Kick single single double (8)
Now do the first combo leading with the left, and then the second combo turning to the left.
