- 3 Right crosses to left + alternate knees
- 3 Left crosses to right + alternate knees
- Big step touch (low impact) or big skate (high impact) right
- Side kick right
- Jab, hook, squat (4)
- Crescent kick (4)
- Knee, front kick, side kick + jack (same leg)
- Big step touch or big skate right
- Side kick right
- Squat left
- Side kick right
- Lunge down (left leg extended, right bend, left hand touches the right foot-people with low back problem stay up - lunge up)
- Jump rope back to your spot
