This is a
BoxAerobics pattern from

(pattern 16062)
- Right knee left side kick (to the left)
- Right front kick + left roundhouse pivot to the front (you are facing the right now)
- Slide forward (big bob n' weave, slide feet together)
- Side kick left (to the front)
- Squat down low hands on guard
- 90 Degree jump turn to the center (still in squat) with right hand chop (hand up, chopping down in front of you)
- Shuffle rest or jack or bob n' weave and do other side
