- Jab, cross
- Jab up, jab down
- Right knee up + left side kick
- Jab, jab cross
- Right front kick + cross
- Jump rope (4)
- 3 Right side kicks (in the air, don't tap down, only for the slower people let them do 2 or 1 side kicks) ( you can make it -shin, thigh, ribs or head, kick low, higher, highest)
- 1 Hop forward with a jab
- Deep duck back
