Twist and Shout 32's

This is an Aquatic pattern from (pattern 16065)

All these combos are 32 count after break down. I use a tempo of about 128-130. This give the opportunity to use FULL RANGE of MOTION. I always stress this to my students.

After practice add a turn to each side of pool for each arm pattern.

Combo 4

*Double bunny hop: hop twice on both feet traveling forward, angle the body to the corners on each pair of hops. Hands cupped reach out from waist and pull forward. On reverse push forward palms flat.

This is a very aerobic aqua combo. I like to teach just like a low impact class with each combo being repeated after it's learned then weaving them together. Have fun email with questions.
