This is a 64 count pattern, but can be cut down to 32 counts if the class becomes familiar with it. This gets the heart rate up real high.
* It's a qlute squeeze with a tap - repeat 4x (right foot up on step -1, left leg lift behind you -2, step left foot down -3, then tap right foot next to left -4.) 4 counts per glute squeeze.
** Heel-tap, hopturn, jack is exactly what it says. Do one heel-tap with right foot, hop turn on right foot, then do a jack. You might want to explain this move to the class before you have them do it.
