Knee Charleston
This is a
Step pattern from
www.turnstep.com.
(pattern 16073)
Hello everyone. It has been a while since I have been on this site. I just came back to share some combos with all of you.
Here is one. Really easy to follow
Right foot lead
- 2 Single knees (corner) I cue (knee charleston) 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
- 3 Hamstring curls on top of the bench. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
- 2 Basic lunges. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 again 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 (a basic lunge is when you come up to the bench and do two lunges)
Repeat on other foot
You can also break it in half and make it more fun and challenging
- 2 Knee charlestons 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
- 2 Hamstring curls on top (instead of three) 1,2,3,4,5,6
- 4 Lunges on top (instead of basic lunges) 7,8 then 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8
- Stay on the bench and do a repeater knee right after the lunges.
Please send me an email and let me know if this works or if you have any questions.
